Free flows of digital data across borders support at least $400 billion of US exports and millions of US jobs. The US has a number of opportunities, including Trans-Pacific Partnership, ISA, and Europeaon Union-Free Trade Agreements, to secure commitments from other countries to secure the freedom of these flows. This session will explore the relevance of this issue, both for developed countries and developing ones.
This seminar series is designed to comply with all House and Senate rules for a widely attended event.
